Robb Holland Aiming To Compete In Selective Rounds During 2015
It is reported that Robb Holland will not compete full-time in the 2015 Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship.
Revealed in an article by TouringCarTimes, the American is hoping to contest selective rounds in the series and also has his sights sets on competing in the FIA World Touring Car Championship at the Nürburgring Nordschleife in May.
The 47-year-old has also stated that the Audi S3-saloon he had run last year has been sold on to another team.
Holland commented on a BTCC fans page: “There is a new home for the S3. Right now I have nothing lined up for BTCC but I have been talking to several teams about my availability for one off drives. I’m optimistic that I’ll be back for a round or two this season.
“You guys haven’t seen the last of me yet. Fingers crossed.”
It is yet to be confirmed officially by series organisers TOCA as to if the sale has been carried out.
